Lakhota (Siouan, ISO lkt). Two overt definite articles: kiŋ (weak, situational/globally-unique reference) and k'uŋ (strong, anaphoric / 'the above-mentioned'). A bipartite article system ([Sch13] §4.2, after Buechel 1939).
